摘要
随着社会信息化进程与Internet的广泛应用，使信息资源共享更加有效快捷。面对信息资源管理的众多问题，提出有关数据库建设、信息处理标准化及网络环境三方面问题进行讨论，以期引起人们的注意。
As we are entering the informationsociety and INTERNET being widely used, information sharing becomes more and more effective andinstantaneous. Facing many problems arising from information resources management, the article putsforward three proposals in relation to data base setting up, information process standardization andnetwork environment.
