摘要
对鞍钢1 450 mm冷连轧机轧辊分段冷却技术进行了研究,阐明了其在热平直度控制中的重要作用,归纳出轧辊分段冷却技术的数学模型,对如何增大其控制能力进行了探讨。
This paper studies the roll stepped cooling technology applied by Angang 1 450 mm continuous cold wiling mills, presents the important role which the said technology is playing for controlling hot flatness, summarizes the mathematic model of the technology and discusses how to enlarge its control ability.
