摘要
对鞍钢现有钢渣处理工艺及其综合利用现状进行了分析,指出当前面临的主要问题是钢渣热态处理能力不足、钢渣磁选处理效果欠佳和尾渣再资源化技术开发迟缓,提出了鞍钢钢渣处理工艺的改造方案,强调应把钢尾渣用于建材行业的研究作为今后发展方向。
The existing slags processing technology used by Angang and its current state of multipurpose use of slags are analyzed. At present, the more challenging problems for Angang include low capability for processing hot slags, poor efficiency for dressing slags by magnetic separation and making little progress on development technologies for recycling railings. Based on the above analytical results, the upgrading scheme of slags processing technology is suggested. And finally, it is emphasized that the R & D target on how to make use of the recycled railings in the field of buildings should be a major issue in the future.
