摘要
目的:观察加减枳实薤白桂枝汤治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法:将56例稳定型劳累性心绞痛患者随机分为两组。对照组30例,采用西医常规治疗如口服消心痛片、阿司匹林片、β受体阻滞剂(倍他乐克)治疗;治疗组26例,在对照组治疗基础上服用加减枳实薤白桂枝汤。观察4周后两组患者在治疗前后心绞痛发作情况、心电图疗效及血脂变化、硝酸甘油用量情况。结果:治疗组与对照组之间在心绞痛症状改善、发作频率及持续时间,以及治疗前后心电图及血脂变化、硝酸甘油用量方面相比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:加减枳实薤白桂枝汤可减少冠心病患者心绞痛发作频率及时间,改善临床症状,疗效满意。
Objective： Observe curative effection of Modified Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decoction on Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pectori. Methods ：56 patients with coronary heart disease Angina Pectoris were divided into treatment group and contrast group ,30 cases in control group were treated with isosorbide dinitrate tablets, aspirin tablets, β - receptor blocker. On the basis of curative methods of control group,26 cases in treatment group were treated with Modified Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decoction treating. Observed improving condition of clinical symptom, electrocardiogram, blood lipids, nitroglycerin dosage of patients with coronary heart disease. Results ： Better curative effects were got in the treatment group than in the contrast group in terms of the improving condition of clinical symptom ,electrocardiogram, blood lipids and the decrease of attack time, the duration of angina pectoris （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Modified Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decoction can improve condition of clinical symptom, electrocardiogram, decrease attack time and the duration of angina pectoris. The curative effect of Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decoction in treating coronary heart disease was obvious.
