摘要
目的:探讨护肝醒脾汤对酒精性肝病的作用机制并观察临床疗效。方法:选择酒精性肝病98例随机分为治疗组50例与对照组48例,治疗组在对照组护肝治疗的基础上应用自拟的护肝醒脾汤治疗,观察两组肝功能、血脂及肝纤维化指标并进行比较。结果:两组经60天治疗后,治疗组改善肝功能、血脂及肝纤维化指标明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:护肝醒脾汤具有改善肝功能,促进脂质代谢,抗纤维化的作用。
Objective:To observe the effect and clinical therapentic result of HuGan Xing Pi Soup in treating alcoholic liver disease(ALD). Methods :98 cases with ALD were randomly divided into two groups :50 cases in treatment group and 48 cases in control group. At the base of treating with protecting the liver in the control group, HuGan Xing Pi Soup was added in the treatment group and then the hepatic function, blood lipid and liver fibrosis were investigated and comparied the two groups. Results: After 60 day of treatment,The index of the hepatic function,the level of blood lipid and liver fibrosis were significantly reduced (P 〈0. 01 ). Conclusion:HuGan Xing Pi Soup has a good the rapeutic effect on the improuement of the liver function,promoting the lipid metabolization and antifibrosis.
