摘要
目的建立紫外分光光度法测定琥乙红霉素分散片中琥乙红霉素含量的方法。方法琥乙红霉素在0.5mol/L的氢氧化钾溶液中,在235nm波长处测定吸收度,计算含量。结果琥乙红霉素浓度20.08~101.04μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998,n=5),平均回收率为99.92%,RSD为0.21%(n=5)。结论本法简便、准确,适用于快速测定琥乙红霉素分散片中琥乙红霉素的含量。
Objective To establish a method to determine the content of Erythromycin Ethylsuccinate dispersible tablets by UV-Spectrophotometry. Methods Erythromycin Ethylsuccinate was hydrolyzed to be unsaturated ketones by 0.5 mol/L potassium hydroxide solution, and determined absorbance wave-length at 235 nm, then the content was calculated. Results Erythromycin Ethylsuccinate had a good linear in the concentration range of 20.08 μg/mL--101.04μg/mL.The average recovery was 99.92% and RSD was 0.21% (n=5).Conclusion The present method was accurate, rapid, simple and especially suitable for the determination of Erythromycin Ethylsuccinate dispersible tablets.
