摘要
通常认为编辑工作就是对文稿的策划、审读、加工、整理并使语言文字等进行规范化,但在市场经济和经济全球的大背景下,编辑的素质和品位还决定着出版物的质量,编辑的好坏更直接关乎我国出版事业的发展。因此,如何提高编辑素质,造就适应时代要求的复合型编辑人才就成为出版界永久的话题。

But in the socialist market economy and the global economic context, edit their own moreover, the editorial quality and taste also determines the quality of publications, editors will have a more direct bearing on our country~ publishing industry. Therefore, how to improve editorial quality, and who can adapt themselves to the requirements of the complex editing talents on the publishing industry to become a permanent topic.
