摘要
介绍了数控铣削仿真系统的设计背景以及实现系统的整体技术路线,采用Visual Basic语言在Windows操作系统环境下,设计了针对具体类型机床的仿真系统。该系统界面简单、操作方便。实现了对数控铣削程序的仿真,并以图形方式输出刀具的路径,以此来验证加工程序。
The background and overall thought of simulation system on NC milling are introduced in this paper. The simulation system on a NC milling machine of some model is designed based on Visual Basic programming languages in the windows environment. The system has a simple interface and convenient operating. The system can realize the simulation of NC milling .Thus it can export the tool path with a graphical method for testing the machining programming.
