围绕静电成像显影设备的主要耗材——墨粉,重点对其质量的评测方法进行了介绍。并从模拟带电量、粒度分布、熔融指数等物理性能以及图像密度、定影牢固度等印品质量进行阐述,旨在提高墨粉产品质量,以便规范墨粉市场。
The article introduced how to evaluate the quality of toner which is the main consumable material of electrophotographic printers, copiers, multi-function device etc. The evaluation methods include the physical characters such as charge-to-mass ratio, particle size distribution and melt index, and image quality such as image density and fixing level. The aim of the article is to improve toner quality and standardize the order of the toner market.
