为了在铺路过程中节约资源、保护环境,采用乳化沥青冷再生铺筑道路基层是有效的技术方法。乳化沥青冷再生的技术关键在于选择合适的乳化剂类型,通常情况下宜采用慢裂快凝型乳化沥青,施工时必须注意季节气候和质量控制,并且采取分次碾压的工艺,以确保足够的压实度。实践证明,采用乳化沥青铺筑柔性基层,可以避免反射裂缝,提高路面使用寿命。
In order to save energy sources and to protect environment in the precess of paving road, emulsified Asphalt cold - recycling technology for construction of road base courses is a effective method. Key technologies of emulsified asphalt cold - recycling are choosing emulsification agents. Usually, some kinds of slow- breaking quick setting emulation are used. It is important to observe air temperature and control construction quality as operating emulsified asphalt cold -recycling. In order obtaining enough density, dual - rolling technology must be applied. Many practices show that flexible base course with emulsified asphalt is stabilized don't generate reflective cracks and can obtain a long service life.
