摘要
藏民族自古生息繁衍在青藏高原地区。由于特殊的地理环境,藏族人民在长期的劳动中形成了具有鲜明的草原游牧民族文化特色的生产生活方式,创造了绚丽多彩的藏族传统体育文化,如在民间开展的赛马、射箭、"古朵"、赛牦牛等体育活动体现了浓郁的草原游牧民族的风格特征。本文从体育美学与藏族传统体育文化的角度,透视并分析了藏族传统体育的内涵、特征及研究发展思路。
Tibetans have been living on the plateau from of old , this region is the springheads of the maternal rivers _as Yellow river and Yangtse river. Due to the particular geographic environment , the Tibetans have inhered in the long period of labor their own productive and life styles which has the obvious cultural features of nomadic nationality , and invented splendid Tibetan traditional sports culture , and such sports events in the folks as horse racing ,shoot arrow, ＂Guduo＂ and Yak racing etc embodies hall- bodied characteristics of grass - land nomadic ethnic . This paper analyzed about the connotation and characteristics of Tibetan traditional sports and about the ideas of researching and developing it form the angle of sports esthetics and the Tibetan traditional sports culture esthetics .
