摘要
航空工件在低温高湿度条件下表面很容易结冰,结冰的速度和结冰的厚度影响航空工件上传感器的性能,这类传感器在设计制造过程中需要在模拟工作环境下进行试验和测试,以确定对传感器进行保温或加热处理设计。本文研究了利用计算机视觉测量技术对冰风洞内工件结冰进程进行视觉测量的方法,并进行了模拟试验,取得了良好的效果,为以后类似工件检测工作提供技术参考。
The airplane sensor parts freeze easily in the low temperature and humid environment. The icing speed and thickness directly influence the properties of airplane sensor parts, which need to be tested in modal working environment in order to design the process of heating the airplane sensor parts. This paper deals with the methods of icing process in the wind tunnel by using the computer vision, moreover, the author carries out the modal experiment and get a good result, which offers the technical reference for parts testing alike.
