摘要
以我国270家企业作为实证研究对象,选择企业内部R&D能力和外部环境不确定性两个因素,探讨其与合作创新模式选择的关系。通过多元层次回归分析,研究结果验证了:企业R&D能力越强,越偏好于选择非产权合作模式;企业所处的外部环境不确定性越大,越偏好于选择非产权合作模式。另外,研究开发动机、技术学习动机具有明显的调节功能。
Based on 270 firms in China, we selected R＆D capability and environment uncertainty as two research factors, and investigated the relationships among those and choice of firm＇ s cooperative innovation mode. Through multivariate hierarchical regression analysis, empirical study proved the following conclusions ： R＆D capability has positive effect on non - equity cooperative mode; environment uncertainty has positive effect on on -equity cooperative mode. What＇s more, motives related to research and development, and technology learning are two notable moderators of the relation between R＆D capability, environment uncertainty and non - equity cooperative mode respectively.
