摘要
在pH5.6~6.8的酸性条件下,更昔洛韦与酸性铬蓝K发生退色反应,生成玫瑰红色离子缔合物,最大退色波长位于522nm,线性范围为0.1~7.2mg/L,表观摩尔吸光系数(£)为4.89×10^-4L·mol^-1·cm^-1,更昔洛韦在一定浓度范围内遵从朗伯一比尔定律,由此建立了测定更昔洛韦的光度分析法。该法用于实际样品的测定,回收率在99.6%~100.5%。
Under the acidic condition at a pH value of 5.6 - 6.8, acidic chrome blue K reacted with ganciclovir to form a rose red ion-association complex. The maximum fading wavelength was at 522 nm. The Beer's law was obeyed in the concentration range of 0.1 - 7.2 mg/L, and the apparent molar absorption coefficient ( E ) was 4.89×10^-4L·mol^-1·cm^-1. Thereby a new spectrephotometric method was developed for the determination of ganciclovir. The method has been applied to the determination of genciclovir samples with the recovery rate equating to 99.6% - 100.5%.
