注射用头孢曲松钠与含钙溶液配伍分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的:分析头孢曲松钠与含钙溶液(如:葡萄糖酸钙注射液、复方氯化钠注射液、乳酸钠林格注射液等)临床配伍情况。方法:收集医药学期刊报道的头孢曲松钠与含钙溶液配伍资料,汇总分析。结果:头孢曲松钠与含钙溶液配伍后形成1种新的难溶性钙盐,Ca^(2+)来源于含钙溶液。结论:头孢曲松钠不宜与含钙溶液混合使用,也不宜在使用头孢曲松钠48 h内续用含钙溶液。
