摘要
为实现专业精密零件生产中的同轴度、圆度等形位误差的检测,设计了加工精度检验系统。该系统采用电感测微仪进行初始数据采集,根据最小二乘圆法建立计算机系统数学模型,单一回转面的数值经计算后获得圆度误差,对不同回转面的数据处理后得出同轴度误差。该系统合成误差为0.03mm,小于系统误差要求,且运行稳定,操作简便,能够满足产品质量检测要求。
The measuring system of machining precision was designed to detect the roundness and coaxiality errors during producing the professional precision components. The inductive micrometer was used to acquire the initial data in the system, and then according to the mathematic model of computer system established by the least square circle method, the roundness error was obtained after computing the single revolution surface and the eoaxiality error was obtained through processing data between different revolution surfaces. The resultant error of the system is 0.03 mm, less than standard system error. The checkout gear operates steadily and succinctly, and agrees with the measuring requirements of product quality.
