摘要
以某酒店的加固改造项目为例,对后续设计使用年限的确定、加固方案的选择、加固设计计算方法与手段的确定等问题进行了探讨。实践证明,既有房屋的改造设计须结合可靠性鉴定、抗震鉴定、改造要求与结构设计和经济的协调等方面,以达到加固设计的预定目的。
Taking project of reinforcement and reformation of a certain hotel as example, the paper discusses many issues, such as determination of service life of follow-up design, selection of reinforcement method, determination of calculation method and means of reinforcement design.It is proved that reformation design of existing house shall integrate reliability identification,anti-seismic identification,coordination of reformation requirement and structure design and economy to reach the predicted purpose of reinforcement design.
