摘要
分析了现阶段农村图书馆现状和社会现状,提出公共图书馆要抓住建设社会主义新农村大力发展文化事业这一机遇,促进农村图书馆建设,并提出了办好村镇图书馆的切实可行的办法。
This paper has analyzed the current situation and social status of rural libraries at present time, put forward suggestions that we should seize the opportunity to implement culture undertakings in constructing a socialist new countryside, promote rural library construction, and put forward feasible methods to run the village and township libraries.
