摘要
探讨突变体A846与野生型水稻在叶绿素荧光特性的表现,进而确定两者是否在光系统Ⅱ上出现差异,作为研究突变体A846矮杆原因的依据之一。在水稻开花至完熟期间,利用荧光测定仪测定矮杆鞘包穗突变体A846和野生型植株的叶绿素荧光动力学参数。数据采用SAS分析后得到如下结果:(1)在yield,qP,NPQ三个荧光参数变化曲线上,突变体表现出较野生型前移的现象。(2)在yield,qP,NPQ三个荧光参数上,突变体仅有yield指标与野生型具有显著差异。(3)突变体与野生型在yield指标上显著差异的时期在9月21日至9月26日间;在qP指标上,显著差异情况比较混乱;在NPQ指标上显著差异的时期在9月17至9月26间。突变体A846在光系统Ⅱ与野生型水稻并没有表现出显著性的差异,而光合生理周期却较提前,这是突变体A846提前进入衰老的依据。
In order to clean the mutant-A846 with the wide-type rice difference on PS Ⅱ ,which was the reason of mutant-A846 dwarf. Using fluorescence detector measured chlorophyll fluorescence parameters form rice flowering to mature-fully.The data analysis using SAS-Software and the results of the mutant (A846) compared with wild-type as flowing: (1) On yield, qP, NPQ fluorescence parameters dynamic curve, the mutant show forward than the wild type. (2) On yield, qP, NPQ fluorescence parameters, only the yield indicator, mutant show significant difference with wild-type. (3) Mutant and wild-type yield indicator significant difference from 9/21 to 9/26; qP indicator, the significant difference was chaos; NPQ indicator significant difference from 9/17 to 9/26.The conclusion is that no obvious distinguished with them, but the mutant-A846 went into decrepit earlier than wide-type rice.
