摘要
基于学界对默顿早期工作与"赫森论点"关系的争论,本文通过引用分析和具体研究策略的比对,认为两者虽然有着探索科学与社会关系问题的共同取向,但在科学外部因素的限定和结论的普适性方面存在着实质性分歧,总体上应该视为对立多于因循的研究工作。
This article bases on the debate of the relationship between Merton＇s early work and ＂Hessen thesis＂, by analyzing the citation and the strategies in detail, we think that although they have issues of common concern on the relationship between science and society, they have substantive differences on the limitation of the external factors of science and the universality of the conclusions. Overall, they should be regarded as two works that have more antagonism than succession.
