摘要
继科学与人文在精神领域的融合之后,20世纪中后期,随着文化产业的发展,文化开始与技术联姻,一个全新的文化技术时代也随之来临,其间不仅产生了新的经济形态,也为我们营造了一个全新的文化世界。然而与文化联姻的技术依然是一把双刃剑,尤其是对以文化为依托和阵营的社会人文精神和文化竞争力同时起着正负双重作用。所以,除了要在充分掌握其特点的基础之上用其利,还要理性地预见到文化技术对时代与社会发展的负效应,把握好文化技术的应用和发展。
In the latter half of the twentieth century, following after the science and humanities integrating in the mental world , with the development of cultural industries, culture and technology began to marry, a new culture techniques era also come. During this period, we have not only produced a new economic form, but also created a new cultural world. However, the marriage of technology and culture is still a double-edged sword. Especially for the spirit of humanities and social and the competitiveness of culture that is based on the culture, it play a dual role of positive and negative at the same time . Therefore, In a full grasp of the basis of their characteristics, we should have used its advantages, and rationally foreseen the negative effect of social de- velopment of the culture techniques.
