原始神经外胚叶肿瘤的影像学诊断 被引量：1

摘要 原始神经外胚叶肿瘤（primitive neuroectodermal tumor，PNET）是一种少见的、由原始神经上皮所构成的高度恶性小圆形细胞肿瘤。随着病理检查技术，尤其免疫组织化学和分子生物学技术的发展，对PNET的认识逐渐清晰。本文就PNET的临床、病理和影像学表现作一简述，以提高对本病的认识。
