摘要
解决"三农"问题,建设社会主义新农村,是目前我国国民经济和社会发展的战略规划。教育资源不足是我国"三农"发展的重要制约因素,电大远程教育服务"三农"是历史的使命也是电大自我发展的需要。
Currently it is an important strategic planning of China＇s national economy and social development to solve the matters of ＂the Agriculture, the Country, the Peasants＂ and build the new socialist countryside. Inadequate education resources in rural China are important constraints to solve the matters of agriculture. It is the historic mission and also the self- development need that TV University distance education serves for ＂the Agriculture, the Country, the Peasants＂.
