摘要
以玉米品种(Zea mays L.)莱农14幼苗为材料,检测了其在NaCl胁迫、干旱胁迫、低温和高温等多种逆境条件下幼苗叶片和根中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)总活性、叶绿素、丙二醛(MDA)和脯氨酸含量的变化情况。试验结果表明,玉米莱农14幼苗对轻度干旱胁迫的抵抗力最强,其次是高温,对盐和低温的耐受力最差。
We studied the changes of the physiological and biochemical indexes (chlorophyll contents, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities, malondiadehyde (MDA) contents and proline contents ) in leaves and roots of maize seedlings in Lai Nong 14 under environmental stresses( salt stress,drought stress,low and high temperature stress). The result showed maize seedlings of Lai Nong 14 have a strongest resistance to mild drought stress, a stronger resistance to hot stress, and it could be damaged easily by low temperature stress and salt stress among stresses.
