摘要
医疗技术的不规范使用带来了许多社会问题,而我们对医疗技术的评估,还停留在比较初级的阶段,需要提高对医疗技术评估重要性的认识,加强对技术社会适应性的评估,进行全程评估,建立独立于医疗机构的监管机构、提高评估人员的素质。为此,要转换政府的角色认识,强化政府的管理职能,完善医院的管理制度。
The abuse and nonstandard use of medical technology lead to various social issues, while the current medical technology assessment is still quite backward. Under these circumstances, it is of urgent need to emphasize the significance of medical technology assessment, strengthen assessment of the social adaptability of medical technology, proceed the whole- range assessment, build an independent review board, and improve the quality of assessment workers. In order to realize the above goals, we should transform government＇s role -orientation, strengthen the managing function of government, and perfect hospital management system.
