摘要
利用从基本对流换热原理出发，基于易测参数监测换热设备管内积垢状态新导出的数学模型，设计了一套可在线实时监测凝汽器冷却管积垢状态的智能监测仪，并简要介绍了该装置的硬件结构原理及软件编程思路。

In this paper,based on fundamental principles of convection heat transfer,a new mathematical model for monitoring depositing states has been deduced,and by this the authors design a set of on-line intelligent fouling monitor for cooling-tubes of the condenser.Furthermore,the paper describes the structure of the hardware and thoughts of software programming of this apparatus.
