摘要
目的:统计分析空军总医院三年来国家自然科学基金等各级各类课题申请、成果获奖及科技论文产出情况,探讨科研进一步发展的对策。方法:利用近三年医院科研管理及《中国科技期刊引证报告(核心版)》(CSTPCI)的源数据库数据统计。结果:三年展开课题183项,国家自然基金项目资助14项,获得成果奖33项,二等奖8项,专利10项;科技论文被收录883篇,被引用1243频次;在军内13家单位中排名第6位;皮肤科、血液病科、空勤科等重点学科排名在前;高级职称论文占56%,博硕士论文占54.6%。结论:课题数量快速上升,高等级成果效益显著;高学历、高职称及重点学科论文产出量大。
Objectives： To analyze the situation on projects of National Natural Science Foundation and other projects of various types, as well as achievement awards and research articles in General Hospital of the Air Force in the past 3 years, for an assessment both of the achievements and shortcomings. A discussion on measures to promote research work is also included. Methods; Statistical analysis is managed based on the data from hospital＇ s Scientific Research Management Database and CSTPCI. Results： During 3 years, 183 projects and 14 National Natural Fund Project are set up, 33 achievement awards including 8 high-grade awards and 10 patents are obtained, 883 articles are published with cited of 1243 times; ranking at 6th position in the list of 13 military hospitals. The leading position in the achievements are Dermatology Dept, Hemotology Dept and Aviation Disease Dept; 56% of the total paper written by the high-ranking specialists and 54.6% written by PHD or MA graduates. Conclusions： The total amount of the projects increased rapidly. High-grade achievement awards present more significant benefits. The higher throughput of paper are yielded from high-ranking or highly-educated specialists, or advanced sections in the hospital. 4 proposals are put forward.
