摘要
运用社会学理论中的角色差异理论、角色转变及角色冲突理论对医患冲突的现状进行分析并试图寻求解决途径,引入医务社会工作者角色,调和医患双方向着和谐的方向发展,这是取得良好医疗效果的保证,对改善医患关系,有效减少医患冲突,构建和谐社会起到重要作用。
Using the sociological role difference theory, the role transformation and the role conflict theory, the status of hospital patient conflict is discussed and measures are presented. Medical social worker can coordinate hospital patient relationship and it is the basis of effective treatment. Medical social worker plays an important role on improving hospital patient relationship, reducing hospital patient conflict and building harmonious society.
