摘要
针对中国留学生的外流现状,基于蒂布特模型,从市场运行机制、社会文化环境、教育和学术研究环境以及成本等四个方面,分析了影响中国留学生外流的国内外因素,提出了如何从宏观层面创造有利于人才发展的国内环境之对策。
Aiming at the actuality of Chinese students＇ outflow, analyzed the domestic and international factors affecting the outflow of Chinese students based on the Tiebout Model, in the view of four aspects, i.e. market functioning mechanism, social cultural environment, education and academic research environment, costs and so on. Then put forward countermeasures how to create the domestic environment in favor of the development for persons with ability macroscopically.
