摘要
文章以10万m3原油储罐为例,介绍了大型储罐底板采用CO2气体保护焊根焊+碎焊丝填充+埋弧自动焊盖面进行焊接的新工艺,与以往的焊接工艺相比,缩短了施工工期,降低了综合成本投入,提高了生产效率。文章还介绍了将CO2气体保护焊设备改装成为CO2气体保护自动焊接设备的方法。目前该工艺已在大型储罐施工中得到广泛应用。
With an instance of 10 × 104 m3 crude oil tank construction, this thesis illustrates the new welding process of the bottom plates of large-scale tanks, i.e. CO2 gas shielded root welding plus broken welding wire pieces filling plus submerged arc automatic capping. To promote welding efficiency, CO2 gas shield welding equipment is modified and innovated by changing it into the CO2 gas shielded automatic welding equipment. Then the equipment is used to carry out above-mentioned welding process. Compared with process used in the past, this process has the advantages of time saving, overall cost lowering and efficiency promoting, and has widely been used in large-scale tank installation.
