摘要
综合实践活动课程具有综合性、实践性、生成性和自主性等特点,它对教师理论、知识、能力等提出了较高的要求.鉴于此,以理论学习、课题研究和行动研究为载体的三种校本培训模式是综合实践活动课程背景下教师专业发展的有效途径.
The Integrated activity curriculum has the comprehensive nature, practicality, and independency characteristics. Which puts forward a higher requirement on teacher's theory, knowledge and ability. Taking the theoretical study, the topic research and action research are the carrier of the three school - based training mode under the practice activity curriculum backgrotmd.
