摘要
在苏丹北部沙漠地带建造水泥生产线,涉及到磨机基础、库基础等大量的大体积混凝土施工易产生裂缝的问题。分析了大体积混凝土施工裂缝产生的几种原因,提出了从原材料、施工工艺、组织设计、养护措施等各个环节的控制措施,解决了气候、材料、施工条件等不利因素的影响,有效地预防了施工裂缝的产生,保证了大体积混凝土的施工质量。
Building cement production line in desert area of North Sudan refers to a lot of crack problems in mass concrete like mill base and silo base. The paper analysed the reasons and put forward the control measures of raw material, engineering, organizing design and cure. Despite the disadvantage factors of climate,material and construction condition, prevented the construction from cracking sucessfully and guaranteed the construction quality of mass concrete.
