摘要
建设人力资源强国和高等教育强国是高校责无旁贷的历史使命和时代责任。高校必须从创新教育观念、创建特色化高校、深化教学改革和完善体制等方面推进教育改革创新,落实人力资源强国战略。
It＇s not only an inescapable responsibility but a historical and lime mission that universities should reinvigorate China through human resource development and higher education Therefore universities and colleges are supposed to promote the education reform and creativity by creating a new sense of education, establishing universities with characteristics, deepening the education reform and perfecting the education system so that they can implement the strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development.
