摘要
对三倍体毛白杨碱性-亚钠蒽醌(AS-AQ)浆进行了木聚糖酶、漆酶及仿酶的预处理,探讨了不同预处理方式对浆料的白度、卡伯值及黏度的影响;运用红外光谱技术初步分析了预处理后木素的结构变化。结果表明,木聚糖酶预处理可以提高纸浆白度1.5%ISO;漆酶预处理可以提高纸浆白度2.1%ISO;仿酶体系漂白后纸浆白度可达78.2%ISO,但其黏度损失较大。
This paper mainly discussed the effects of xylanase, laccase/mediator system and biomimetic system on the alkaline sulfite-anthraquinone (AS-AQ) pulp of Triploid Clone populus tomentosa Carr., and FT-IR was used to analyze the changes of lignin structure after the treatment. Results showed that the brightness of AS-AQ pulp was increased by 1.5%ISO after the treatment of xylanase, 2.1%ISO for laccase,and after the bleaching sequence of biomimetic system, the degree of whiteness can reach to 78.2 % ISO, but the viscosity decreased greatly.
