摘要
陕西省是一个经济发展相对滞后而又具有巨大发展潜力的欠发达省份。文章提出要更好地促进陕西经济发展,完成"十一五"发展规划,应有重点地发展高新技术、旅游、果业、国防科技和能源等特色产业,充分发挥资源和科技优势,促进产业结构调整和优化升级,实现陕西经济高速健康发展。
This paper proposes to give priority to the development of special industries of Shaanxi province, such as high technology, tourism, fruit industry, national defense industry and energy, in order to boost economic development of the province and complete the 11 th-five-year development plan. It also proposes to take full advantage of resources and technology to restructure and update its industries and to achieve a healthy and high-speed development in the province.
