摘要 为了解决工业现场移动对象,旋转对象,恶劣环境的监控问题,以及工业应用中对无线数据通信的需求,本文首先介绍了工业网络应用中现有的异构网络集成方式以及一种有线/无线异构网络系统架构,然后设计了一种IEEE802.15.4a标准与Profibus-DP相集成的异构网络协议转换网关模型,其中包含中间层以及无线站点的映射机制的设计,并详细叙述了一种实时反映无线终端站点数据变化的虚拟站点数据结构,以及这种数据结构与无线站点间的映射关系。 Facing the monitoring of some mobile, rotated or dangerous objects in the industry environment and the requirements of wireless data communication, this paper first introduces various methods of heterogeneous network integration and the system structure of wire/wireless heterogeneous network. Then design a model of the heterogeneous network integration gateway between IEEE802.15.4a and Profibus-DP. It includes the designs of intermediate layer and mapping mechanism, and in detail describes the virtual station data structure which can indicate the data change of wireless terminal station, and the mapping relationship between this data structure and wireless stations.
