种间杂交长绒棉康地4036光合生理特性的初步研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过对杂交棉康地4036及其对照品种光合生理特性的研究,结果表明:在盛花期,康地4036在净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度和水分利用率的全天日变化曲线均呈现出单峰型曲线,但峰值出现的时间上存在差异,胞间CO2浓度总体上呈倒"V"字形,说明康地4036是一个耐旱、高光效品种;而两个对照品种新海21号和中棉49号除了胞间CO2浓度外,均表现出了双峰型曲线,有光合"午休"现象,而胞间CO2浓度日变化则呈现出不规则状态,另外,参试材料的Pn和Tr在盛花期曲线高度明显大于蕾期;叶绿素含量结果显示:康地4036及其对照在整个生育期内,叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素a+b及类胡萝卜素含量变化规律基本一致,即呈现出先递增后递降的趋势,只是不同的品种在叶绿素含量峰值出现的时间、峰值的大小及曲线的整个高度变化上存在着差异,叶绿素a/b是随着生育进程而逐渐下降的。 The results of photosynthesis and physiological characteristics of interspecifie hybridization long- fibre cotton Condy 4036 in full flower stage indicated that daily change curve of Condy 4036 were shown a single - peak curve in net photosynthetic, transpiration rate , stomatal conductance and WUE. However, start time of peak value were evidently different, on the whole intercellular CO2 concentration there were a reverse "V" shape, so Condy 4036 is a drought - resistant, high - efficiency light variety. But daily change curve of Xinhai21 and Zhongmian49 were a double peak curve, except for intercellular CO2 concentration. Multiple comparison showed that the net photosynthetic rate (Pn) and transpiration rate (T r) in full blooming stage were significantly higher than that of bud stage; Chlorophyll content showed that curves of chlorophyll a content, chlorophyll b content, chlorophyll a + b and carotenoid content in whole growth period were the same law, namely they firstly were increased then decreased, however, different varieties showed difference in peak time. Chlorophyll a/b in the whole growth period showed gradually declining trend.
