摘要
本文研究了胚胎期缺氧后对新生鼠心肌内去甲肾上腺素(NA)含量的影响,发现缺氧组心肌内NA含量在早期都低于对照组,但心重与体重之比值却高于对照组,尤以5天组最显著,P<0.01。
Using the hypoxic (15% O_2 in N_2) pregnant rats (WKY) during the middle gestational period, the effect of the level of Noradrenaline (NA) in myocardium of newborn rats was studied. 27 rats were divided into four groups (1 day, 5 days, 12days and 22 days of age) and compared with the aormal control groups.The result were as follows: the lfvel of NA in myocardium of hypoxic groups (1 day, 5 days and 12 days)were lower that in the control groups, but the ratios of the cardiac weight to body weight in hypoxic groups were higher than that in the control groups.
