超滤器中的高跷格栅压力降和传质特性的分析

摘要 超滤作为一种膜分离操作在水处理和果汁浓缩等方面得到广泛应用,通过模拟的超滤器实验装置,在强制对流条件下,测定空气流过时压力损失和局部传质系数,结果表明其压力损失与普通格栅相比大大降低,而传质速率仅稍有降低。因此,采用高跷格栅可以大大降低超滤操作的能耗。 The ultra-filtration as an operation of membrane separation is increasingly playing an important role in the water refine and the condense of fruit juics.The pressure loss and the local mass transfer coefficients on stilted spacers were measureed with forced air convection in this laboratory.The results showed that the pressure loss reduced greatly,but mass transfer rate reduced rarely.Therefore,the energy of the operation of the ultra-filtration with stilted spacers can be saved greatly.
