摘要
介绍了潇河灌区引水枢纽工程的概况,分析了灌区目前存在的主要问题,阐述了灌区进行节水改造的必要性和可行性。
This paper introduces the general situation of the water control project in Xiaohe irrigation Area, analyzes the main problems existing in the irrigation area at present, and expounds the necessity and feasibility of the transformation on economy of water cousumption in Xiaohe Irrigation Area.
