从4个方面阐述了如何提高馆员的综合素质,并提出了把高校图书馆办成大学生第二课堂的具体措施。
This paper expounds how to improve the comprehensive quality of librarians from four aspects, and puts forward some concrete measures for making the library be the secondary classroom of university students.
