摘要
随着国内天然气勘探开发的不断发展,施工作业最高工作压力已达到125 MPa以上,压裂作业总输出功率大于11 188.5 kW(15000 hp)。但目前我国还没有能够完全胜任这种超大型施工作业的成套压裂设备。2500型压裂泵车是目前国内外最大型车载压裂设备,其传动部分采用了双环(TWIN DISC)TA90-8501传动系统。结合2500型压裂泵车的特点,阐述了双环TA90-8501传动系统实现柔性、快速换挡的QuickShiftTM离合技术以及采用CAN总线传输的控制技术。这些技术在2500型压裂泵车上的成功应用,为系列压裂装备传动系统提供了更加先进的产品。
With the advancement of domestic natural gas exploitation and development,the maximum operation pressure reaches 125 MPa and the total output power of fracturing operation is larger than 11,188.5 kW.However,at present there is no complete fracturing machinery available in our country which is totally qualified for this kind of very large operation.Up to now the 2500 fracturing pump vehicle is the largest mobile fracturing equipment at home and abroad.Its driving part adopts the twin-disc TA90-8501 driving system.According to the feature of the 2500 fracturing pump vehicle,the paper expounds the achievement of the flexibility of the driving system,the TM clutching technology characterized by quick shift and the control technology adopting CAN bus transmission.The successful application of these technologies in the pump vehicle provides more advanced products for the driving system of a series of fracturing machinery.
