摘要
教员队伍建设是军队院校一项重要的基础性工作,教员队伍的优劣直接关系到人才培养质量的好坏。结合多年的实际工作经验,分析了军队院校青年教员队伍建设的现状及存在的主要问题,并对青年教员队伍的建设提出了建议。
Instructors team construction is an important groundwork in military academy, and the quality of instructors＇ team is related to the quality of the talents cultivation. Connecting with many years＇ practical work experiences, this paper makes an analysis on the present situation of and existing problems in the construction of young instructors＇ team in military academy, and puts forward some suggestions on the construction of young instructors＇ team.
