摘要
图书馆大流通的开放性、自由性使得一些新现象、新问题呈现出来,从而引发一些法律问题。对大流通容易引发的3个法律问题进行了分析。
Because of the opening and the freedom of the great circulation in the library, some new phenomena and problems have occurred which result in some legal issues. This paper analyzes three legal issues that easily occur in the great circulation.
