摘要
本论文基于近红外原理设计和开发了滤光片型单籽粒大米成分检测装置。采用近红外透射技术,开发了以ARM7为核心的大米成分检测装置。仪器由以下几个功能模块组成:光源和光路部分、样品池、检测器、控制器、键盘和液晶显示器。与上位机通讯采用串口通讯,用VC++6.0编写了上位机软件,实现了大米成分含量的数据存储、数据处理、以及各组分图形曲线显示等功能。
In this paper, the focus of this work was to design and manufacture the near infrared spectrum analyzer for rice components with filters. Using near-infrared transmission technology, we selected ARM7 as control core and designed the analyzer of component of rice. The dominant parts contain a lamp, filters and a detector, microcontroller, keyboard, LCD. We used serial communication to contact with computer. Friendly user interface for the computer is realized by VC++6.0 and it also actualizes many applied functions such as datum analysis, datum processing, datum cure displaying.
