摘要
政府战略管理的兴起是环境变化和政府管理改革的必然要求,也受到私人部门战略管理的示范和带动。战略管理虽已成为政府管理的重要模式,但相关理论远未成熟。本文对政府战略管理经典理论"三角模型"进行了系统介绍和评析,并结合我国政府管理实践进行了理论创新。
The rise of government strategy management was the inevitable requirement of government reform and environmental change, and it was also propelled by strategy management in private sector. Though the strategy management has become important model of government management, the related theories are still immature. The article makes an introduction and analysis of triangle model theory of government strategy management, and forecasts its application prospect in our country.
