介绍了一种采用核-壳结构丙烯酸树脂为主要成膜物质的户外木质窗专用水性清漆,并从树脂选择、成膜助剂的选择、流平润湿剂、消泡剂和流变控制剂的选择以及生产过程控制讨论了对产品性能的影响,并简单介绍了该产品的应用领域和产品特点。
This paper introduces the water-borne varnish with shell/core structure acrylic resin as main binder, used for outdoor wood windows; and discusses the influence of selection of resin, film forming additives, leveling wetting agents, defoamers, rheological additives and the control of manufacturing process on product property. It also introduces the use fields and product characteristics.
