摘要 将聚氨酯预聚体接枝到以季戊四醇为核,二羟甲基丙酸、二异丙醇胺、六氢苯酐为单体的超支化聚酯-酰胺上,得到了聚氨酯/超支化聚酯-酰胺(PU-HP)杂化水分散体。采用了IR、SEM和化学滴定等方法对产物进行了表征和分析。试验表明超支化聚氨酯水分散体的粒径约50nm,在水中有良好的分散性和稳定性;以S-100水性固化剂可以制得耐水性较好的涂膜,同时具有良好的成膜性和物理性能;并确定了S-100的用量为树脂用量的30%。 Grafting PU prepolymer onto the hyper branched polyesteramide with pentaerythritol as core and dimethylol formic acid, diisopropanolamine and hexahydrophthalic anhydride as monomers, we have got PU/hyper branched polyesteramide (PUHP) hybrid water dispersion. The product is characterized and analyzed by IR, SEM and chemical titration methods, showing that the product has the particle size of 50rim and is of good dispersion and stability in water; and by the S-100 water-borne curing agent, good water resistance film can be obtained, also with perfect film forming property and physical and mechanical properties. Then the use amount of S-100 is determined, that is 30% of the use amount of resin.
