摘要
以我国吉沙高水头水电站冲击式水轮机配水环管为计算实例,利用有限元单元法建立数值模型,对配水环管钢衬钢筋混凝土联合受力结构进行了强度分析,探讨了线性和非线性计算的结构应力与混凝土裂缝状态,对不同配筋率和保压水头的作用进行了敏感性分析,得到了明确的规律性认识,可以为高水头电站水轮机配水环管的结构优化设计提供有益参考。
For the distributing pipe of impulse turbine in hydropower stations, its structure and loading characteristics are generally very complex, so a numerical analysis based on three-dimensional FEM model are mostly necessary. Taking a high-head hydropower station as a researching example, a numerical simulation model of the distributing pipe including the outer reinforced concrete structure of the powerhouse was established. The stress distributions and crack characteristics were demonstrated with linear and non-linear analysis. The influencing effects of different reinforcement amounts and water heads with which the pipe is preloading filled and outer concrete are pored were discussed to study the parameters selection for optimum design. The research results could be helpful to the structure design of this type of powerhouse.
