摘要
目的探讨LEEP术治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效及并发症。方法对328例慢性宫颈炎患者,采用LEEP术治疗,于术后1周、1个月、2个月复查,评价其疗效。结果328例患者术后2个月复查316例治愈,一次性治愈率96.34%,有效率100%。结论LEEP术治疗慢性宫颈炎具有手术时间短、出血少、治愈率高、不损伤宫颈功能且可提供完整的病理标本的优点,是慢性宫颈炎有效的治疗方法之一,适合在临床上推广。
Objectice To discuss the clinical curative effect and the complication of chronic cervicitis treated with LEEP. Methods There were 328 examples of chronic cervicitis patients who accepted the LEEP and were reexaminated after operation 1 week, 1 month and 2 months,their curative effects were evaluated. Results With 328 examples,316 patients had been proved to be cured in 2 months＇ reexamination,disposable cure rate was 96.34%,and effective rate was 100%. Conclusion Treating chronic cervicitis with the LEEP has many advantages：spending short time,less bleeding,the high cured rate,without any damagement to the cervix of the uterus fimction and may provide the completed pathology specimen the merit. LEEP is one of best mothods to treat chronic cervicitis, and it＇s suitable to be promoted in clinic.
